Carmen Drake was appointed by the AJFC Board of Directors to serve as its CEO in February of 2020. Ms. Drake previously served as the attorney for the Board of Directors from 2004 to 2020. Ms. Drake earned a Bachelor of Science degree from THEE Jackson State University (1993) and her Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University National Law Center (1996). Ms. Drake as devoted much of her career to public service as a Special Assistant Attorney General and as a Public Defender in Adams and Wilkinson Counties,
Duchess Prater joined AJFC in 2020 and currently serves as the agency's Human Resources Manager and the Community Liaison for the Community Services Program.
Suzanne Nichols has been employed with AJFC for 23 years. Ms. Nichols stared her career in 1998 as a Case Worker and diligently worked her way up to Community Service Program Director in June 2020.
Czavaniah Brooks serves as the Program Director for the COVID Vaccine Access Program at AJFC. Mr. Brooks holds and MBA in Healthcare Administration and is also a Licensed Nurse.
